At Fasci Family Telehealth and Wellness, we are dedicated to providing top-notch healthcare services in the realms of Primary Care and Functional Medicine. Our mission is to offer the best and most convenient access to Primary care and Wellness for Vermonters in our community. We strive to deliver timely, affordable, and friendly care through a range of online services, Concierge memberships, and in-person assessments.

Led by Linda Fasci, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) board certified in Adult Gerontology Primary Care, our team brings a wealth of experience in mental health, Hospice and Palliative Care, Employee Health and Wellness, IV infusion, orthopedic injections, and regenerative medicine. We focus on areas such as gut health, autoimmune disease, orthopedic health, nutrition, weight loss, and regenerative medicine to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

Currently, our practice offers fast and friendly online services utilizing Primary Care approaches while we obtain certification in functional medicine. Stay tuned for updates on our brick-and-mortar office location. Additionally, we provide home visits through affordable Concierge medicine memberships as needed.
