Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Late Cancellations 

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of $25.00

3. Missed Appointments

If you miss your appointment without contacting us, a no‑show fee of $25.00 will apply.

4. Running Late

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other patients.
